The air come into the high pressure air pipe through a filter into
the air knife and form the belt of strong wind at the incision. Use
the strong wind to dry the drops and the film on the sidewall from
different directions. The equipment is mainly used for the
pharmaceutical, health drinks, and the like automatic packaging
production line for drying the surface of the glass bottle.

The equipment is the linear structure, mainly made up of frame, air
knife system , fan components, piping, electrical system components
and so on.

knife can rotate up and down ,right and left adjusting to dry areas
and output level can be adjusted according to the size of air flow

effects.
Electric system
Fan coil control: It is with high-pressure, using 380V, 50Hz AC
power supply and fans take turn to open, in order to reduce the
impact on power
Installation
The device through the connecting plate connects with the
transmission line
Adjust the air knife hanger according to the bottle so that make
the air knife at a reasonable position, and adjust the size of the
wind gap and the wind volume of the wind to blow-dry the drops and
water film on the sidewall.
